Miskawaan
This fabulous collection of nine beautifully sited beachfront villas on the island of Koh Samui offer families and groups of friends the ultimate in exclusive tropical island living. Each villa is private, spacious and unique and nestled within its own walled tropical garden that features a saltwater swimming pool overlooking the ocean and the island of Koh Phangan in the far away distance. Miskawaan means ‘Buddha’s garden’ and the extensive natural scene of mature trees, colourful blooms, scented flowers, tranquil pools and steps down to a white sandy beach is perfectly deserving of its alter ego. The contemporary tropical design of each villa is complimented by both traditional and modern Asian art, Thai statues and wall carvings just to remind you of where you are.
Once inside your private villa you will want for nothing; a staff of three is there to cater to your every need as well as a chef who will create delicious Thai cuisine at any time of your choosing. Inside the villas, languish in your own pool, have a massage, read a book, listen to some music, watch movies in your own entertainment room or even keep fit in your own personal gym. Every villa has a huge Master Suite that overlooks the ocean as well as a further two to four en-suite rooms making them ideal for groups and family get-togethers. Since the villas consist of a number of pavilions separated by winding paths through the garden, there is plenty of privacy for every guest.
Each villa also comes with its own fully equipped modern kitchen as well as a dining room, living room and a Thai-style sala for outside relaxation, in various different forms. The villas each have their own unique layout and their own individual design although all are equal in their level of luxury; exquisite furnishings, branded appliances, high levels of privacy and optimum use of outdoor space. As well as satellite TV and CD players, villas also benefit from broadband Wi-Fi so that you can keep in touch with the rest of the world as you do your best to hide away from it.

Whilst eight of the villas form a neighbourly estate on Maenam Beach, the ninth villa - Baan Tamarind, Miskawaan’s sister property - is located individually on the soft sands of nearby Big Buddha Beach.
Facilities & amenities: Each villa has 3-5 air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped western kitchen, a dining room and living room (all air conditioned) and outside sala as well as a swimming pool and staff of three (including individual villa manager).
