Indigo Pearl
Not all gems come in a little box! Inspired by Phuket’s tin mining past, the Indigo Pearl is the island’s most unusual hotel. Retro-industrial chic gained this hotel a place in Conde Nast’s 2007 Hot List for new hotels.
A short drive from the airport and from Blue Canyon Golf Club, the 227 rooms have been skilfully redesigned. Exposed beams, blackened metals, polished concrete, and extremely unpolished plumbing fixtures sit alongside more familiar gestures such as Thai silks and rattan furnishings.
