The Chedi - Chiang Mai
Located on the banks of the Mae Ping River yet in central Chiang Mai, this 84 room hotel offers a complete contrast to smaller city hotels. In the know
Occupying the former grounds of the British Consulate, the Chedi have
retained the old 1920s building which is now the hotel's centerpiece
restaurant and bar. You wont find anything else old at the Chedi in
Chiang Mai though.
Club suite rooms at the end of each
north-wing floor have the best river views; the higher-priced rooms
also include a free mini-bar, laundry and butler service, and evening
cocktails.
